FR-2100A is a new environmental friendly inorganic synergistic flame retardant made of inorganic metal nano-material oxides.It can replace Sb2O3 at same additive amount and arise synergistic flame retardancy with bromine flame retardant without adding antimony trioxide .It can achieve UL flame retardant.
Characters:
1.The best effect is to replace Sb2O3 in PBT with equivalent volume.
2..The leakage index (CTI) can increase by 50V when combined with bromine flame retardants in PBT.
3.The dielectric strength of materials can be increased by more than 1/3 co***red with Sb2O3 system in PBT.
4.It has little effect on the physical and mechanical properties of the material to replace Sb2O3 in PBT with equivalent volume.
5. It is eco-friendly multi flame retardant synergist.The content of heavy metals (Pb/Cd/As, etc.) is much lower than that of ordinary Sb2O3. And this product meets the EU ROHS directive and REACH environmental protection requirements. |
